Hopkins is a legal technology company and law firm specialized on processing consumer claims at scale. Founded in 2019 by lawyer and engineer Arend Liese, Hopkins rethinks the principles of legal execution from the ground up - with a strong focus on software, data, and interdisciplinary collaboration between engineers, lawyers, and legal strategists. Hopkins aims to create the law firm of the future, facilitating an impact both on social structures as well as on individuals. Currently, Hopkins focuses on building software to automate legal processes in a law firm. We also design case outcome prediction models, strategies and tools to help Hopkins' lawyers achieve superior results on a regular basis.

The Challenge

  • As a (Senior) Marketing and Growth Associate you work directly with the CEO on all Marketing and Growth related topics
  • You manage and improve SEA and paid/organic Social accounts with the goal to achieve significant increased traffic in these channels by implementing forward-looking strategies
  • You drive experiments and expansion of existing as well as new marketing and growth channels
  • Coordinating the content, brand and SEO strategies is in your hands
  • You optimize and test existing and new landing pages to improve our marketing funnel in collaboration with our UI/UX and graphic designer including an upcoming redesign
  • You work closely with our Sales/Business Development leadership team to align marketing communication and lead generation with sales capabilities and insights
  • You are part of our "expansion squad" to identify and execute expansion into new products and service areas

The Requirements

You understand, speak and write German on a C1 level (or higher) and you are especially characterised by your high analytical and conceptual competence. You have the tendency to act autonomously and independently, driven by a flat hierarchical environment as well as the willingness to learn, take over responsibilities and to grow quickly. A data driven approach rounds up your profile.
Relevant experience in Marketing/Growth roles with a focus on SEA and/or SEO, preferably in the B2B/lead-generation space is a strong plus as well as further experience in the online and offline Marketing environment but not required. A data- and results-driven approach to your work rounds up your profile.

All in all you have a good understanding of Business, Marketing and Sales, and you seek to learn and grow within a high-growth start up. You are inspired to help our clients get to know Hopkins and help them get access to professional legal advice and service.
